| 摘 要： | 随着经济形势的复杂多变,经管类大学生就业难的问题日趋凸显。提高经管类大学生就业能力是解决其就业难的关键。本文在对经管类大学生就业能力及其构成要素分析的基础上,结合其就业能力现状,提出了培养其就业能力的策略。

| Abstract: | Under the complex and changeable economic situation, the difficulty of economics and management students; employment is becoming increasingly prominent. Improving the employability of economics and management graduates is the key to solve this problem. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing graduates ; employability and the forming elements, and combined with their present employability situation, some strategies on developing their employability are proposed. |
