| Abstract: | Fatigue and recovery are an entirety of unity of opposites in sports actionty. The increase of sports skill is reflected on the recovery. This paper summarizes achievements in the research of diagnosis of sports fatigue and recovery both from China and abroad, which provides important theory and method in popularizing scientificity of sports training. |
