| 摘 要： | 文化安全面临着认知与行为的双重困境。在认知上,文化安全靠主观感知且难以被量化评估,导致文化安全与不安全的边界模糊;在行为上,国家对利益最大化的追求和对内对外行为逻辑的复杂性,使得文化安全、文化利益、文化霸权行为难以区分和被控制,导致防御性的文化安全行为易走向或被认为是进攻性的文化扩张,引发文化竞争和安全环境的恶化,造成文化安全起点与终点的悖离。

| Abstract: | Cultural security is facing a cognitive and behavioral dilemma.From a cognitive perspective,cultural security relies on subjective perception and can not be quantitatively assessed,which makes a fuzzy boundary between cultural security and cultural insecurity.From a behavioral perspective,the maximized national interests and the complexity of behavior logic at home and abroad make it difficult to distinguish between or manage the act of cultural security, cultural interests and cultural hegemony. |
