| 摘 要： | 网络舆论是多种社会因素复杂互动的结果。研究网络舆论,需要将它放在更宏观的社会环境下,深入地研究它与其他社会因素或社会现象之间的相互作用及其结果。在中国网络舆论的发展中,有几组关系是值得深入关注与思考的。从网络舆论与现实民意的关系来看,网络舆论并不等于现实民意,但它是观察现实民意的一个重要的参数。从网络舆论与网络暴力的关系看,网络舆论中确实存在着一定的暴力现象,但这种现象是社会舆情的一种反映,不能简单以制止网络暴力为理由来阻止网络自由表达。从网络舆论与司法独立的关系来看,网络舆论不应该干扰司法的独立,但是舆论作为一种监督力量应该有助于推动司法的公正。从网络舆论与传统道德的关系看,中国传统文化在现代化与全球化进程中受到冲击,表现出了一种自我纠结的困境,这种困境在网络舆论以及网民的行为中表现得尤为突出。
