| 摘 要： | 高校基层教学管理人员一般是指高校院（系）级的教学秘书，教学秘书是高校教学管理队伍中最基层的执行者，其管理工作贯穿整个高校的教学工作，高效有序的教学管理是高校教学秩序正常运营的有力保障。强而有效的管理源自正确的管理理念，树立正确的管理理念必将事半功倍。本文以本科生教学秘书为例，阐述了教学秘书在教学管理中应具备的管理理念。
