摘    要:随着经济全球化的发展,国际间的交流越来越频繁,英语作为一门通用性的语言,其作用也越来越大。但是,由于受到当前应试教育的影响,大学英语教育往往注重对语法知识的灌输和词汇的记忆,忽略了对于英语应用能力的培养,使得大学毕业生的英语实际应用能力受到影响。本文从建构主义理论出发,对其在大学英语听力教学改革中的应用进行探析,以提高学生的英语听力水平。

Analysis on the Application of Constructivist Theory to the Reform of College English Listening Teaching

Abstract:With the development of economic globalization, inter-national exchanges become more frequent, English, as a universal language, is playing a more and more important role. However, due to the impact of the current examination-oriented education, college English education tends to focus on instilling the knowl-edge of grammar and vocabulary memory, ignoring the ability for applications in English, which affects university graduates' Eng-lish skills. Starting from the constructivist theory, this paper ana-lyzes its application to the reform of college English listening teaching, so as to improve students' English listening.
