| 摘 要： | 广州市高技能人才存量与市场需求之间存在较大差距,但高技能人才增长速度很快,高职教育的快速发展有助于缓解高技能人才短缺问题;高职院校毕业生素质基本得到企业认可,但人才培养质量与企业要求相比仍有较大差距,学生的创新能力、适应能力和岗位技能需要进一步加强;高职院校专业结构与广州市产业结构基本拟合,但对应第二产业,特别是制造业类支柱产业的专业数及招生规模仍需加大。

| Abstract: | There exist big gap between the amount of high-skilled talents and market demand in Guangzhou,but the amount of high-skilled talents is increasing quickly,and the development of higher vocational education is conducive to relax the problem of high-skilled talents shortage;the quality of higher vocational school graduates are basically recognized by enterprises,but there exist gap between talents cultivation quality and enterprises' demand,thus the innovation abilities,adaptable abilities and post skills of students should be strengthened more;the specialty structure of higher vocational schools is basically adaptable to the industrial structure of Guangzhou,but the number of specialties corresponding to the second industry,particularly manufacturing industry and their enrollment amount should be increased. |
