区校共建新图书馆内部功能建设的调研与规划

摘    要:区校共建的北仑区-宁职院新图书馆将于2013年建成,为使建成后的新馆无障碍施行高校图书馆向地方公众开放服务,宁波职业技术学院图书馆通过对上海、深圳新建的公共图书馆和高校图书馆的内部功能设计、先进的管理模式和服务创新等方面的现状调研,学习它们在新馆建设中的经验,了解其新馆内部建设中的功能布局及设备设施配置情况,分析、提出了从人性化服务环境的构架及网络化、智能化、环境美化、节能环保、安全等方面的新馆内部规划思路,从而为新图书馆的内部功能建设提供参考。

Abstract:The Cooperatively Developing and Sharing of Academic and Regional Library--Beilun District and Ningbo Polytechnic Library is about to be completed in December 2012. The new college library after completion will make sure barrier-free open service to the local public and extend its audience service. For this purpose,through the investigation of the present situation of internal functional design,advanced management mode and service innovation in the new public and college libraries in Shanghai and Shenzhen,the author studies their experience during construction of new libraries ,the function layout in the internal construction and their facilities allocation. Furthermore,the author puts forwards and analyzes the new library's internal construction idea of humanistic service environment,network,intelligence,environmental beautification,energy conservation and environmental protection, safety, etc., which provides reference for the internal function construction in new libraries.
