| 摘 要： | 本文针对高校的实际 ,分析了发展党员数量在不断增加的同时 ,应切实保证新党员的质量 ,以保持党组织的先进性和纯洁性 ,提高党的战斗力 ,结合工作实际论新时期发展党员推行公示制的必要性和重要性、运作方式和效果显现 ,并就如何进一步完善和推进此项工作提出了一些理性思考。

| Abstract: | According to the situation ,this paper analyzes the increase of the amount of party members in colleges and universities .The author feels that it is vital to ensure the qualities of the new party members to keep the party's advanced nature and purity and to improve the Party's fighting capacity.In recruiting new members into the party,it is advisable to combine the standards with following mass lines.The author thus puts forward the idea of carrying out public notification in recruiting new members into the party and discusses the necessities and importance of such a practice. To the end of the paper,the arthor concludes the actual effectiveness of the public notifications in colleges and universities,and raises some reasonable reflections on this practice. |
