| 摘 要： | 考试申诉制度是一种特殊的权利救济制度。建立考试申诉制度是维护考生合法权益,增强考生法制观念,促进考试机构加强考试管理的重要途径。本文探讨了什么是考试申诉制度和构建考试申诉制度的必要性与可行性,分析了考试申诉制度的主要内容,并在此基础上提出了构建我国考试申诉制度的几点建议。

| Abstract: | The examination appealing system is a special system for right relief.To construct the examination appealing system is an important means to safeguard examinee's rights and interests,to strengthen examinee's legal concept,to promote the management of the examination organizations.This paperhas discussed the concept of examination appealing system,the necessity and feasibility to construct this system.At last the author put forward how to construct the examination appealing system in China on this basis. |
