| 摘 要： | 为全面综合地了解天津市滨海新区电子政务的建设情况，采用网站跟踪和公民问卷调查相结合的方式，对滨海新区政府网站的建设现状已经公民对滨海新区政府网站的了解度、使用率和满意度进行研究分析。在此基础上，就天津市滨海新区电子政务中存在的问题进行探讨，并进一步就如何完善滨海新区电子政务建设提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper is based on our questionnaire survey and our close follow to 7 government websites of Tianjin Binhai New Area.The construction situation as well as the problems in the e-government of Binhai New Area are analyzed.Several suggestions are put forward in order to help Binhai New Area improve its performance in the construction of e-govermnent . |
