摘    要:引起中小学学生数学焦虑的因素主要有知识、观念技能与能力等认知体验因素及家庭、教师和学习者等情感体验因素。改善学生数学学习的途径有:帮助学生剖析焦虑根源,使用技术暗示及鼓励合作学习等。

Abstract:The reason of feeling anxious for primary and middle schools students in the study of math lies mainly on knowledge, concept, skills and abilities: the experience of recognition, and family, teacher and learners: the experience of emotion. The approaches to improve the students in the study of math are: help students analyze the cause of feeling anxious and use technical hints and encourage cooperative study, etc.
