论企业知识员工的激励

摘    要:随着知识经济的到来,市场竞争日益激烈。然而,企业的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。因此,如何管理好知识员工,充分调动他们的工作积极性和创造性,激励他们努力工作,成为企业管理者面临的一项重要课题。本文结合知识员工的特点,指出了知识员工的激励原则,提出了企业在激励知识员工方面应采取的几项措施。

Abstract:With the coming of knowledge economy,market competition is becoming more and more intense.Nevertheless,the enterprise competition is the qualified personnel competition in the final analysis.For this reason,how to manage the intellectual staff well,arouse their working enthusiasm and creation,that is to say,how to encourage them to work hard is becoming an important question for the management to study.Combining the distinguishing features of the intellectual staff,the author points out the encouragement principle,and puts forward several measures to be taken in helping the enterprise to encourage the intellectual staff.
