| 摘 要： | 依法行政是各级政府严格依照法律的规定推行公共行政并采取有效措施保证法律实施的活动。即一切行政机关必须严格依照法律规定,履行管理国家和社会事务的职责,一切行政行为必须有法律依据,依照法定程序进行,接受法律监督,既不失职,也不越权,做到有权必有责、用权受监督、侵权要赔偿,依法构建法治政府。

| Abstract: | Governments at all levels of administration by law is strictly implemented in accordance with the provisions of the law of public administration and to take effective measures to ensure law enforcement activities.That all administrative authorities must be strictly in accordance with the law and fulfill management responsibilities state and social affairs.All administrative action must have a legal basis,in accordance with statutory accept legal supervision,not negligent,or beyond one’s authority,that power must have responsibility,using power must be under supervision,compensating for infringement,building the rule of law according to the government. |
