| Abstract: | Agricultural products＇ processing and storage technology in Guizhou Ethnic areas was rough, as for the central plains region, and developed slowly in the Qing dynasty, but with the influence of the long - term area habitat and regional culture force, it formed strong local characteristics and ethnic features. |
