| 摘 要： | 网络教学倡导以“学为中心”的教育模式，改变了教师在教学活动中的主导地位，对教师角色的定位提出了新的要求。为“扮演”好新的角色、发挥其“导学”作用，高校教师就要自觉地转变教育观念，熟练掌握和应用现代教育技术，跟踪现代教育思想的发展，以适应网络教学环境的需求。

| Abstract: | Network teaching that calls for study-centered teaching pattern changes the dominant role of teachers in teaching, thus sets new requirements for teachers. In order to fulfill the role of guidance colleges teachers shall shift their concept of education, be skilled at modern educational technology, catch the pace of modern educational development to adapt to the demand of environment of network teaching. |
