| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济要求摈弃传统和计划经济体制下错误的物质利益观念。在社会主义市场经济条件下唯物辩证地认识看待利己与利他的关系，在法律制度化中实现利己与利他的统一。处理好经济改革和发展过程中人们的经济利益关系，最终实现国家经济发展和人民生活水平的提高。

| Abstract: | In a socialist market economy exist different economic benefits for different individuals. Handling the relationship between them in a proper way will facilitate the economic development and the increase of people's living standard. In this paper the author explores and analyses the relationship and gives some suggestions on the handling of it as follow: firstly, the wrong concept of material benefits which stems from the traditional and planned economic system should be abolished; secondly, the relationship should be dealt with in a materialistic and dialectical way; and thirdly, efforts should be made to integrate the different benefits within the permission of law and relevant regulations. |
