| 摘 要： | 目的:研究不同条件下双氯芬酸钠缓释栓的稳定性.方法:按中国药典的规定进行影响因素实验、加速实验、长期贮存稳定性实验,考察其性状、含量、有关物质及融变时限的变化.结果:本品对光、热均不稳定.结论:本品贮存条件应为遮光、密闭,置阴凉处保存,有效期暂定1.5 a.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the stability of diclofenac sodium sustained-release suppository in different conditions.Methods:According to the relevant guidelines of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the stress condition testing was conducted to investigate the changes in appearance,content,softening time and related substances.Results:The diclofenac sodium suppository was unstable under light and heat.Conclusion:The preparation should be stored in cool place and protected from strong light and air.The period of validity is 1.5 years for the time being. |
