以知识共享平台为基础的学习型图书馆建设路径探析

摘    要:结合所在学校新建图书馆实际,分析了学习型图书馆路径建设的总体特征,即通过承担科研任务形成课题组,以此带动全体馆员研究型阅读、专业阅读、职业阅读和兴趣阅读团队的自发组建,进而辐射到读者群研究性学习、专业学习、考研学习和兴趣学习小组的建立,通过建立相应的知识共享平台和人性化的管理模式,实现学习型图书馆的自身价值.

Abstract:Considering the reality of the new library of our school, the general characteristics of the learning-type library path construction are analyzed. That is to say, project teams are to be formed through taking the scientific research tasks so that the spontaneous establishment of the teams of the li- brarians' professional research reading, vocational reading and interest reading, which further radiates to the establishment of the readership' s study groups in terms of research learning, professional learn- ing, learning to go to a graduate school and interest. Through the establishment of the corresponding knowledge sharing platform and humanized management mode, the self-value of the learning type of li- braries is to be realized.
