| 摘 要： | 随着中国证券市场的不断发展 ,证券公司开展的业务由单纯依靠价格竞争转向以业务创新能力和投资水平为重点的非价格竞争 ,在这个转变的过程中 ,许多证券公司都把焦点集中在资产管理业务上。本文着眼于我国资产管理业务面临的内、外部问题 ,试图提出相应对策 ,并着重指出只有开展业务创新 ,才能在该领域获得长足发展 ,从而取得未来竞争的制高点

| Abstract: | With the development of Chinese stock market,investment companies change their strategies from price competition to innovation and investment scale enlarging,and begin to pay more attention to the asset management.Concerning the difficult condition with which our investment companies are faced,this article analyzes the solutions to further development in this area.And only the innovation in asset management affairs can give the investment companies vitality and good benefit in later fierce competition. |
