| 摘 要： | 文章从Wiki知识共享机制入手,分析了Wiki用于知识共享的优点,并与企业知识共享进行了比较分析.在此基础上,提出了用Wiki建立一个企业知识管理平台的理论可能性及企业Wiki知识共享系统的应用模型.

| Abstract: | This article aims at exploring a method to solve the key problem of enterprise knowledge management with knowledge sharing as the start and Wiki as a consultant.This article introduces the feature and usage of wiki and illustrates the advantages of Wiki when it is used in virtual community knowledge sharing;then sets up the possibility of enterprise knowledge sharing platforms with Wiki. |
