| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料调查分析、专家访谈，对云南省红河哈尼族彝族州的红河、元阳、绿春县哈尼族民族地区传统体育项目“磨秋”的现状进行调查研究，从“磨秋”源流，游戏的内涵分析其民族体育文化和价值，提出在新时期学校体育应引进民族传统体育项目，让民族体育文化得以传承和发展，达到“全民健身”“健康第一”的现代健身理念和可持续发展的建设性意见。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and expert interview,this paper makes investigation on Moqiu of Hani traditional sports games that is popular in Honghe,Lvchun and Yuanyang counties.By focusing on the origin and essence of the game,the author proposes that schools should introduce the game into its curriculum so that the game can be passed down from generation to generation.This idea fits well the policy of national fitness and health first. |
