| 摘 要： | 人力资源和物质资源都是企业发展不可缺少的重要资源，但人们往往对物质资源的重视程度超过人力资源，其实人力资源是企业发展最关键的因素之一。本文通过对人力资源重要性及其特征的分析，进一步阐明了企业如何运用好人力资源的若干问题。

| Abstract: | Human and material resources are indispensible to the development of enterprises. However more importance has been attached to material resources for people failed to realize the significance of human resources, which are in fact key to the development of an enterprise. In this essay, the characteristics as well as the importance of human resources are analyzed. On this basis, suggestions on how to make full use of human resources are also proposed for an enterprise. |
