基于UG的缝纫机机构设计管理系统的研究与开发

摘    要:本文主要论述开发缝纫机智能化CAD系统的机构设计部分的基本思想和实现过程,并结合作者在浙江省制造业信息化工程重大科技攻关项目中的实际工作,利用分布式数据库Oracle和UG二次开发工具UG/OPENAPI,建立和开发了三维参数化缝纫机机构设计管理系统,实现了缝纫机四大机构的参数化设计分析以及相关计算和知识库管理,同时提供了特殊缝纫机新机构设计模块.文章最后以缝纫机四大机构中的送料机构为例,对该系统进行了例证.

Research and Development of Sartorius Mechanism Design Management System Based on UG
Abstract:The general idea and implementation process of developing the mechanism design part of the sartorius intelligent CAD system is primarily discussed in this article. And it is also mentioned as the instances that the authors established and exploited the sartorius mechanism design system by the way of distributed database Oracle, as well as the secondary exploitation tool UG/OPEN API. The system realizes parametric design analysis and related calculation and knowledge management of sartorius four key mechanisms, and also offers new special mechanism design module. Finally, this article describes the system with the feed mechanism among sartorius four key mechanisms as an example.
