| 摘 要： | 通过对东北师范大学、河南科技学院、安阳师范学院部分青年教师的问卷调查,归纳总结了教师入职教育在法律制度层面及操作实施层面存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,为我国高校教师入职教育的完善提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the basis of a questionnaire survey of young teachers in Northeast Nornal University,Henan Institute of Science and Technology,and Anyang Normal University,this paper summarised the existing problems in laws,institutions and the implementation of introduction training of newly qualified teachers,and put forward the corresponding solutions. |
