| 摘 要： | 以中国古代＂人和＂观、欧洲人本主义精神、马克思主义＂和谐思想＂为和谐校园文化建设的哲学基石,解读了以人为本校园文化的整体性与层次性、独特性与包容性、开放性与选择性、影响性与辐射性的内涵特质。通过加强制度建设、文化建设、环境建设以实现高等教育的价值追求,达到构建和谐校园文化建设的目标。

| Abstract: | This paper regards the three ideas of ＂harmonious relation＂in ancient China,＂humanism＂in Europe,and ＂harmony thoughts＂in Marxism as the philosophical basis for culture construction in harmonious campus.It analyzes the essential features of human-centered campus culture,i.e.integration and rank,distinction and absorption,openness and selectivity,affection and radiation.Therefore,the essential ways to realize the cultivation goals of higher education and to construct harmonious college campus is to reinforce the construction of system,culture and surroundings. |
