“双分”教学在大学生游泳课教学中的运用研究

摘    要:根据因材施教的原则,针对高校大学生体育基础、游泳技术参差不齐的实际状况,在教学中,探究尝试"双分"教学,即分层教学、分类指导的体育教学新教法,使好中差各类学生的体育潜力都得到开发,每位学生各有所获,各尽其长,调动全体学生自主探究、合作发展学习的积极性,促进游泳课教学质量的显著提高。

Abstract:According to the principle of teaching on the basis of the abilities of students and the reality of widely different physical qualities and swimming skills of college students,the dual-differentiated instruction is employed in the physical teaching,i.e.a new method of the combination of stratified teaching and guidance to different types,so as to develop the physical potential of all students,stimulate the study enthusiasm of students,and improve the teaching quality of swimming.
