| 摘 要： | 在高校,培养创新型人才应着眼于其创新素质的提高,重点是培养其创新精神和实践能力,切不可要求过高。因此,有必要根据学生的意愿调整专业,课程设置应给学生留下更大的自由空间,建立适应创新型人才培养的新机制,同时不断创新教学方法,营造创新型的校园文化,潜移默化地提高学生的创新素质。

| Abstract: | To cultivate the innovative college students,we should pay attention to their innovative quality,concentrate on their enterprising spirit and carry-out ability,and never set too high objectives.Therefore,it is necessary to set up the course structure according to the student＇s wishes,we should leave more free space to students,construct new teaching system to adapt to the innovative college student.Meanwhile,the teaching methods shoud be innovated constantly,creative campus should be constructed to improve the student＇s innovative quality. |
