摘    要:作为我国旅游从业者队伍的重要组成部分,导游人员是旅游业的重要生产力,是旅行社中的首要人力资源和企业的核心竞争力之一。但现实状况却是,旅行社导游人员流失问题严重,极大地影响了旅行社正常经营和持续发展。目前,如何保持导游队伍的稳定,降低流失率已经成为旅行社人力资源管理面临的严峻挑战和影响旅行社发展的重要课题。文章从这一点出发,立足于旅行社企业层面,探求导游人员流失的原因及解决对策。

Abstract:As an important part of practitioners of tourism,tour guide is the major productive force of tourism and the chief Human resources of travel agency.And tour guide is the core competitiveness of travel agency.Actually,the drain of tour guide is so serious that it has produced important effects on the sustainable and sound development of travel agency.This means the enterprise must do something,such as enhance human resource management practices,so as not to lose tour guide or to reduce turnover rate of tour guide.Based on what has been discussed so far,from travel agency,the writer try to seek the causes and countermeasures of the drain of tour guide.
