| 摘 要： | 民事责任的归责原则是民事责任制度的核心与精髓,因而要建立一个逻辑统一的民事责任制度,研究民事责任的归责原则便显得尤为重要。侵权责任法的颁布和施行,将为我国的民事责任制度特别是侵权责任制度构建集过错责任、无过错责任和公平责任三位一体的科学完整的归责原则体系。

| Abstract: | The principle of accountability in civil liability is the core and the essence of the system of civil liability.Therefore,it is very important to build a logic unified system of civil liability to study the principle of accountability in civil liability.The publish and performance of the tort liability act will construct a scientific and complete system of the principle of accountability including fault liability,no-fault liability and fair liability. |
