| Abstract: | In this article,the author thought of the existed teaching modes and study manners,and also com-bined with an organization form which had been successfully practiced in our university.This form is based on some special techniques and connected to some simple tactics,it could let the students choose their tar-gets according to their body conditions.In this way,the teacher and the student may play their respective roles sufficently in class.Another advantage of this form is to avoid the disaccord between teaching and learning.Apparently,it could mostly meet every student 's need.We considered it was an appopiate construc-tion of teaching process,by which every student could enjoy sport and the fun may make them do sport exer-cise in all their lives. |
