扶芳藤多酚的微波辅助提取和含量测定

摘    要:目的:从扶芳藤提取多酚,并测定其含量.方法:运用微波技术提取扶芳藤多酚,用比色法测定多酚含量.结果:测得扶芳藤中多酚含量为3.15%,平均回收率为99.94%,RSD=2.08%(n=5).结论:首次运用微波技术从扶芳藤中提取多酚,同时测定方法简便、快速、灵敏,实验结果令人满意.

Abstract:Objective:To extract and determine the polyphenols in E.fortunei.Methods:polyphenols in Euonymus fortunei are extracted by microwave technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:The content of polyphenols in E.fortunei is 3.15%,and the average recovery rate are 99.94%,RSD equals 2.08%(n=5).Conclusion:Microwave Technology is first applied to extract polyphenols in E.fortunei.The method is simple,easy and reproducible and the result is satisfactory.
