国外科研数据知识库元数据方案的调研与分析

摘    要:文章以网络调查法、文献调研法和内容分析法为主要研究方法,比较并分析DataVerse、Dryad、DSpace、Fedora和CKAN 5个应用广泛的开源科研数据知识库的元数据方案,包含元数据模式、元数据收割协议、资源标识系统以及应用程序接口等内容。提出了我国科研数据知识库元数据的建设方案,即复用通用、标准的元数据模式,根据实际需求扩展与修改;遵循简单、灵活和自动生成的设计原则;将关联数据等语义网技术应用于元数据方案的设计,解决不同元数据模式之间的互操作问题。

Abstract:Through re3data.org research on the application and practice of metadata scheme of foreign scientific research data repository with the registration and directory system of OAD data repository,this paper compares and analyzes the metadata schemes of five widely used open-source scientific research data repositories,DataVerse,Dryad,DSpace,Fedora and CKAN,including metadata schema,metadata harvesting protocol,resource identification system and application program interface,using network survey method,literature research method and content analysis method as the main research methods.In the construction of metadata scheme of scientific research data knowledge base in China,first of all,we should reuse the common and standard metadata mode,and expand and modify it according to the actual needs;at the same time,we should follow the design principles of simple,flexible and automatic generation;we should try our best to apply semantic web technology such as linked data to the design of metadata scheme,so as to solve the interoperability problem between different metadata patterns.
