应用不同缝纫方法的土工织物接缝强度比较研究

摘    要:探讨了在航道整治工程土工织物软体排强度设计中合理的接缝方案。采用宽条带拉伸方法,使用同一种土工织物,用不同方案的接缝方法检测其强度。结果是各种缝纫方法中,双线缝纫强度以包缝法最大,强度比率达58.2%,单线缝纫强度以丁缝法最大,强度比率达48.7%,加筋条接缝强度以平缝强度比率最大,为24.7%,且强度比率随缝线增加而相应地逐次递增。

Comparison of the Strength Applied Different Seaming Methods in Geotextile
Abstract:Objective To explore the seaming methods with the maximal strength in the design of geotextile. Methods By extending the broad bands, we measured the intensity of 6 samples with different seaming ways. Results In these all methods, the whipstitch has the maximal strength in crewel while T-shaped suture is the most in mongline. In reinforced strips the plane suture has the maximal intensity rate which increases distinctly along with the suture number adds. Conclusion The results indicate that the whipstitch in crewel and the plane suture in sutures with reinforced strips are appropriate in the strength design of softmattress for waterway bottom protection project.
