摘 要: | 工资分配制度历来是一个焦点问题。在国企重组中,由于企业的背景不同,文化不同,管理方式不同,薪资分配中更深层次的矛盾和问题也都暴露出来。如何有效进行薪资的融合,是国企重组能否成功的关键因素之一。现对A、B两家企业在重组中薪资体系的设计过程进行了探讨。

Brief Disucussion on the Integration of Salary System in State-owned Enterprise Recomination |

Abstract: | The salary system is always an important problem. In State-owned enterprise recomination, much deeper contradiction and problem emerge because of the difference of background, culture, management between many enterprises. How to integrate the salary effectually becomes the key factor in enterprise recomination. This article analyses the design process of salary system in A and B Enterprises recomination. |
