| 摘 要： | 在系统分析美国图书馆法历史演进的基础上，总结了美国图书馆立法的主要经验：图书馆事业的发展离不开图书馆法的支持、平等理念和人本精神、全国性法和地方法相结合、图书馆法与教育法相联系、图书馆法要随着图书馆事业的发展与时俱进。最后阐述了上述经验对中国图书馆立法的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper systematically analyzes the historical evolution of American Library Acts,sums up the legislative experiences of the American library:libraries′ not developing well without the support of the library act,the idea of equality and humanism,the combination of national and local acts′,matching of library acts with education acts′,library acts′ should be evolving with the development of libraries.This paper also describes the meanings of those experiences to the legislation of Chinese library. |
