| 摘 要： | 股权分置改革可以说是在政府强制性推动下进行的一次制度改进.但无论是作为改革推进者的政府、作为具体方案设计者的上市公司,还是直接关系切身利益的投资者,都对改革寄予了极大的期望.这种期望不仅体现在公司治理结构的改善上,而且需要公司业绩的提升来作为改革的献礼.事实上.在2006年的资本市场股价大飙升中,股权分置改革所产生的绩效效应已被作为最重要的支撑理由之一.

| Abstract: | The reform of the shares discerption is under control the government.so the government,the company,and the investors all have great expect on it.They hope the company change the management organization,and increase their profits as the result of the reform.In fact,because of such reform,the prices of the stocks rose so much in 2006. |
