人文素养现代化是教育现代化的核心要义

摘    要:人文素养现代化是新时代社会全面发展的内在要求,人文素养现代化是现代教育发展趋势。用当代马克思主义人文精神促进人文素养现代化,首先要深刻理解当代马克思主义人文精神的精髓,其次是构建当代马克思主义人文教育理论体系。当代马克思主义人文教育理论体系是知识内容体系、实践养成体系、效果评估体系、培育环境体系四位一体的理论体系。坚持以当代马克思主义人文教育理论体系为学科依据,探索"人文素养家校(园)共育共治"教育模式,形成中小幼一体化人文素养系列课程,创构校(园)"人文教育"与家庭"人文家教"有机统一的培育方式,构建评估人文素养培育的量化指标体系,创构家庭、学校(幼儿园)、政府和社会合力育人的大格局,开展"人文素养家校(园)共育共治"实践探索,取得了丰硕成果。

Abstract:The modernization of humanistic literacy is the inherent requirement of the all-round development of society in the new era,and promoting it is the development trend of educational modernization.To promote the modernization of humanistic literacy with the humanistic spirit of contemporary Marxism,we need first deeply understand the quintessence of the humanistic spirit of contemporary Marxism,and then construct the theoretical system of humanistic education of contemporary Marxism.The theoretical system of contemporary Marxist humanistic education is a four-in-one theoretical system of knowledge content system,practice cultivation system,effect evaluation system and cultivation environment system.We should adhere to the contemporary Marxist humanistic education theory system as the discipline basis,explore the"humanistic literacy home-school(garden)co-education and co-governance " education model,form a series of integrated humanistic literacy courses for kindergartens,primary and secondary schools,create an organic and unified cultivation mode of school"humanistic education" and family"humanistic tutoring ",construct a quantitative index system for evaluating the cultivation of humanistic literacy and create a big pattern of family,school(kindergarten),government and society working together to cultivate people.The practice and exploration of"humanistic literacy home-school(kindergarten)co-education and co-governance" has achieved fruitful results.
