高等教育“以人为本”管理策略探索

摘    要:高等教育管理中的“以人为本”,既是一种指导思想、教育观念,又是一种发展策略,确立以人为本的管理理念是高教改革与创新的时代要求。高等教育管理“以人为本”的思想要义在于把人的发展作为最高的价值目标,其基本途径应确立以学生为主体的观念,实施人本化管理的教育评价机制,构建和谐的校园文化氛围,以此促进高等教育管理的有序改革与合理发展。

Abstract:Humanism in the higher education management is not only a guiding principle and the educational idea,but also a development strategy.To accept the idea of the humanist management is the requirement of times in the higher education reform and innovation.In concrete implementation,humanism in the higher education management regards the human development as the most important value goal,which can be achieved by the establishment of the concept,"students first",implementing the mechanism of education evaluation which is people-oriented,and constructing harmonious campus culture,so as to promote the reasonable development and orderly reform of higher education.
