| 摘 要： | 贫困地区发展职业教育能够促进当地经济、社会和人的良好发展，有利于整个社会的和谐发展。但通过对“职业教育生均拨款”和“人均接受职业教育比例”两个指标研究分析表明，贫困地区职业教育经费的总拨款额在减少，各省在生均拨款上也存在着巨大差异，这阻碍了贫困地区职业教育的发展。为此，国家应大力提倡在贫困地区发展职业教育，并加大对贫困地区职业教育的投入。
