| 摘 要： | 本文从知识产权的概念、范围及其在图书馆界的引入出发,详细叙述了高校图书馆参考咨询工作中涉及到的知识产权问题并提出了应对措施,其目的是在知识产权保护前提下,最大限度地达到资源共享以满足用户的信息需要。
