| 摘 要： | 就业是大学生面临的重大人生选择。面对严峻的就业形势和激烈的市场竞争,许多大学生十分困惑,难以适应,产生了较大的就业心理压力。剖析大学生就业心理压力产生的主客观原因及表现形式,提出缓解其就业心理压力建议和对策,对于促进大学生成功就业具有重大意义。
