| Abstract: | In view of the current situation of reform and development of higher education, great impor- tance should be attached to discipline construction in the spiritual and creative manner, putting the proved effective methods and measures in practice fixed in institutional form and continuously pushing forward the discipline construction toward institutionalization and standardization. The discipline construction will provide a strong political discipline guarantee for the higher education in Yunnan provide. |
