| 摘 要： | 随着新兴产业的迅猛发展，标准竞争日趋激烈，技术标准联盟正在逐步成为一种重要的战略联盟形式．根据国内外的相关资料对技术标准联盟的定义及其相关的支撑理论进行了研究和探讨，提出技术标准理论和战略联盟理论是研究技术标准联盟的基本理论，与外部性理论、技术生命周期理论、组织理论、竞争理论和博弈论形成了一个完整的研究技术标准联盟的相关支撑理论体系．

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of new industries, the competition of technological standard is cruder. The technological standard alliance is becoming an important form of strategic alliance. In this article, the theory of technological standard and strategic alliance is the basic theory of technological standard alliance study. Accompanied with externality theory, the theory of technology life cycle, organization theory, competition theory and game theory, they form a supporting theory system for the technological standard alliance study. |
