| 摘 要： | 校级科研课题结题质量低是地方普通高校在科研方面面临的普遍问题，笔者从分析地方普通高校校级科研课题结题质量低的原因入手，对症下药，辨证施治，为改善这种状况提出了一套比较系统的解决办法，其中包括诸如实行课题的分类筛选、建立科研信用档案、创建网上科研论坛等极具创新性的举措。

| Abstract: | The poor quality of scientific research in regional common universities is a wide-spread problem. This article discusses the reasons and supplies a set of practical appropriate solutions. Among them include some creative measures, such as the classification sieve of the topic, establishment of scientific research credit files and setting up of On-line scientific forum. |
