| 摘 要： | 在体育课教学过程中，教师的示范是给学生去感知，使学生形成感性认识。教师的讲解则是帮助学生理解技术动作，使学生从感性认识到理性认识。在教学中正确使用讲解与示范，并在实践中有机结合起来，才能有效的提高教学质量。

| Abstract: | In athletics teaching, the teacher' s demonstration is to let students feel, making students form perceptual knowledge. The teacher's explanation is to help students understand the action skills, making students from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge. In teaching, we should use correct explanation and demonstration and put them together organically in practice so that we can improve our teaching quality effectively. |
