农村英语教师教育教学现状及继续教育培养模式的思考

摘    要:近年来,通过实施中小学教师继续教育工程,使我省农村地区的中学英语教师的素质与能力得到了很大提高,并取得了一定的教学实绩。但由于河南省经济相对落后,对教师继续教育的投入不足,教育体系的布局和层次结构仍不尽科学合理,继续教育存在教学方法陈旧、培训模式单一、教学内容针对性不强、县级培训机构条件较差等问题。参训教师积极性不高、出勘率偏低的现象普遍存在。本以第一手详实可靠的调查结果为依据,就我省农村英语教师教育教学现状及继续教育培养模式的对策思考进行了论述。

Abstract:In recent years the continuing education project for primary and high school teachers resulted in great improvement in the quality and ability of rural English teachers and certain teaching achievements. But due to the backward economy in Henan, poor devotion to continuing education, and unscientific layout and structure in educational system, problems still exist, such as obsolete teaching methods, monotonous training mode, weak pertinence of content and poor condition in county training institutions. Teachers' low interest and low attendance are popular. Based on reliable first - hand research result, this thesis discusses the present situation of rural English teachers' education and mode of continuing education.
