| 摘 要： | 面对当前全国高校构建和谐校园的新形势下，重新定位辅导员的工作性质，提高服务意识，增强队伍素质，树立正确的服务观显得尤为重要。辅导员应该因材施教、与时俱进，使服务内容符合大学生的发展需求，采取社会化多样化的服务手段，并且树立奉献、平等、责任和自我提高的服务理念。

| Abstract: | Under the new situation of constructing harmonious campus in colleges, it is very important to redefine the nature of counselors＇work, enhance the service awareness, improve their quality, and build up a correct outlook on service. Counselors should teach students in accordance with individual differences, keep pace with the times, make the content of service meet the requirements of students＂ development, adopt socialized and various methods of service, and build up the service concept of devotion, equality, responsibility and self- improvement. |
