| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代,中华平民教育促进会在河北省定县开创了农村公共卫生实验区,自下而上开展农村卫生保健事业,创造了由村到区到县的三级卫生保健制度,为解决大多数农民缺医少药的状况进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | In 1930s,Mass Education Association set up country public health experiment area in Dingxian County of Hebei Province,carried out country health care services from basic to top level,created three-level health care system from village to district and county,and made valuable research on resolution to the problem of most farmers' lacking health care services. |
