| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈法,对我国高等院校试办高水平运动队的管理系统的基本特点、竞技运动与高校教育相结合的现状以及高水平运动队的培养目标和管理水平进行了调查研究。结果表明:高水平运动队应坚持走院校化道路,并对管理方面存在的问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentation consultation,questionnaire and interviews,this articles attempts to make analysis on three aspects: the basic characteristics of the administration system of the high level athletic teams in colleges and universities in our country,the combination of the high level athletic sports and the higher education,the training goal of the high level athletic teams and administration level.The result indicates that the development of the high level athletic teams should insist on institutionalization.The present administration problems have also been addressed and some appropriate strategies have been put forward in the article. |
